Government of Amazonas receives 92,430 doses of vaccine against Covid-19
Escorted by the Federal Police, the batch went to the Amazonas Hospital Foundation for Hematology and Hemotherapy (Hemoam)
This Monday (11/10), the Government of Amazonas received a new batch of vaccine against Covid-19, sent by the Ministry of Health (MS), through the National Immunization Program (PNI). In all, 92,430 doses of the immunizing agent Pfizer/BioNTech were delivered.
The shipment arrived in Manaus around 2:50 pm, at Eduardo Gomes International Airport, on board flight 3182 of the company Latam Linhas Aéreas, and was received by agents of the Health Surveillance Foundation Dr. Rosemary Costa Pinto (FVS-RCP).
Escorted by the Federal Police, the batch went to the Amazonas Hospital Foundation for Hematology and Hemotherapy (Hemoam), a place that offers vaccine packaging in a scientific freezer, with temperatures of -86ºC.
Doses applied – Partial data from the National Immunization Program (PNI) show that 4,201,880 doses were applied throughout the state until this Sunday (10/10), with 2,559,019 of the first dose, 1,572,110 of the second dose, 49,627 with a single dose and 21,124 of the third dose (booster dose). Vacina Premiada – Enrollment for the Vacina Premiada campaign, which will draw a total of 3,000 tickets for the match between Brazil and Uruguay at the Arena da Amazônia, closes at 23:59 this Monday (10/11). The last draw will be held on Tuesday (12/10).
To compete for tickets, you must live in Amazonas and have the immunization cycle against Covid-19 regularized. People who have taken the two doses or single dose of the vaccine, and those who received the second dose 15 days before the game, that is, from the 29th of September, may participate.
The names of those awarded will be disclosed on the social networks of the State Government and on the Vacina Premiada website (www.vacinapremiada.am.gov.br).
